It is Wednesday, my dudes.
Couple days to go until Christmas, unless you’re the lucky type whose job gives them Christmas Eve off as well. If so, it’s Friday!
The big news in NHL circles yesterday was the previously posted offside rule change, which seems like a “OK, sure” type change.
It isn’t a bad move, but isn’t one that’s likely to have a giant impact either. We’ll still have marginal offsides. We’ll still get to complain. World keeps spinnin’.
Other than that, the Bruins had some guys skating on their own at Warrior Arena yesterday, with Tuukka Rask and Sean Kuraly in the group.
Christmas came a little early.

Several #NHLBruins were back on the ice today at @WarriorIceArena for a voluntary skate.

In case you’re wondering, the Tuukka Rask Takes remain nuclear, even four-ish months after the fact. It’s comforting to know that some things never change, right?
I’d expect to see more familiar faces start to appear soon.
What’s on tap for today?
Today’s highlight
Speaking of Sean Kuraly...lol Frederik Andersen.
Today’s discussion topic
They tweaked offsides, but what’s the NHL rule change you’d like to see most?
