An offensive outburst, if you will.

Torey Krug ended the Bruins’ last game against Minnesota with a goal, and opened this one with a goal on a nice backhand. 1-0 Bruins

Hey, it’s that Krug fella again! He gets his second of the night on the PP to make it 2-0 Bruins.

Turns out the Bruins’ power play is actually pretty good! Brad Marchand gets the Bruins another PPG to make it 3-0 Bruins.

Fresh off of his All-Star Game MVP performance, David Pastrnak gets one that counts. It’s his 38th of the year, and it makes it 4-0 Bruins.

Mats Zuccarello ends Jaroslav Halak’s shutout bid with a third-period goal that makes it 4-1 Bruins.

Anders Bjork’s effort on the forecheck is rewarded with a goal, making it 5-1 Bruins.

Jake DeBrusk scored shortly after that to make it 6-1 Bruins.

Bruins win! 6-1 final in a great overall game. Potent power play, excellent penalty kill, good goaltending...this one had it all.

The Bruins are back at it on Tuesday night when they’ll have a visit from the Vancouver Canucks.
