The 3 PM trade deadline has come and gone, and the Bruins are done making moves.
While a few deals have trickled in after the deadline passed, the Bruins got all of their work done earlier this afternoon.
All told, it was (surprisingly) a somewhat quiet deadline for the Bruins, who were rumored to be exploring a number of big splashes but settled for smaller moves instead.
To summarize, the Bruins have sent out David Backes, Danton Heinen, Axel Andersson, and their 1st-round pick in 2020.
They've brought in forwards Ondrej Kase and Nick Ritchie.
That's it! No big-name forward, no flashy scorer...the Bruins appear to be satisfied with where they are in terms of overall roster.
