Saturday’s Game #5 had the Bruins working into double overtime to win their third in a row. Now back at the Centre Bell on April 26, 2011 for Game #6, with a chance to finish the series, will the Bruins rise to the task? Game preview and gamethread. Hey! Hurricanes game from October 3, 2009, the second game of the season following an opening night stinker (it was against the Capitals, and it was 4-1.) Have a look at the preview and gamethread. Wow! There was a lot of cross-pollination between the Bruins’ and Canes’ rosters in that time period. Of note- after watching the WSBK Final Hurrah at Boston Garden in 1995 last evening, tonight’s game coincidentally includes recognizing the passing of Fred Cusick.
