Bruins lines vs. Toronto: Sticking with it

Why mess with what works?

Sorry about the lack of preview this morning, had a bit of a hectic start to the weekend and loss track of time...but we’re back!

After a resounding 5-1 win over Detroit on Thursday, it wouldn’t make much sense for the Bruins to make wholesale changes.

Instead, the Bruins are sticking with what worked, with the only adjustment being Linus Ullmark playing in net.

While Jeremy Swayman played well against Detroit, Bruce Cassidy noted earlier this week that he’d be rotating his goalies in these two games.

Here’s what to expect tonight:

Brad Marchand - Patrice Bergeron - David Pastrnak

Taylor Hall - Charlie Coyle - Craig Smith

Jake DeBrusk - Erik Haula - Curtis Lazar

Trent Frederic - Tomas Nosek - Karson Kuhlman

Derek Forbort - Charlie McAvoy

Matt Grzelcyk - Brandon Carlo

Mike Reilly - Connor Clifton

Ullmark

For Toronto, goalie Petr Mrazek is apparently dealing with an injury, so Jack Campbell will start tonight.

See ya tonight!
