Monday! Another week is upon us, and if you’re the Bruins, you’re starting the week on a good note.
The B’s thumped Philly last night at Lake Tahoe, skipping town with a 7-3 win. David Pastrnak, as he usually is, was the star of the show, recording another hat trick during the game and giving a great interview after the game.
David Pastrnak: "We were listening to Barbie Girl before you guys asked me to do media. I was kind of dancing with these glasses out in the locker room then you guys ruined it & I had to go answer questions.

Listen, we’ve all been at a bar/party/social engagement where we have to leave during “that song.” We should all be sensitive to Pastrnak’s situation.
The song “Barbie Girl” was released in 1997, when Pastrnak wasn’t even a year old.
That’s part of what made the Bruins’ pre-game 90’s gear so funny: guys like Pastrnak (1996), Jack Studnicka (1999), and Urho Vaakanainen (1999) have no memory of the 90s at all.
Still, they nailed the look...that much is certain.
Today’s highlight
I’m sorry that this is now stuck in your head.
