I mean, at some point, these deficits have to stick, right? The late rallies simply won’t come?
Probably, but for now, I guess we just enjoy the ride.
The Bruins emerged victorious again last night, after once again scoring to tie the game with the goalie pulled.
Unlike the Caps game, however, the Bruins finished the job, thanks in large part to a silly interference penalty by Scott Laughton.
A win is a win, even when it’s a win that overshadows some bad habits (i.e. falling behind by multiple goals...again).
It seems fair to say at this point that the Bruins are never really out of a game, especially with David Pastrnak back in the fold.
The Bruins’ most potent offensive weapon now has five goals and 2 assists in three games. That’s pretty good.
Last night’s game was an instance where the puck seemed to find him, particularly on that funky bounce on the game-tying goal.
When you’re hot, you’re hot.
Today’s highlight
David Pastrnak sure does seem to enjoy playing Philly.
Today’s discussion topic
Are you at all concerned that the Bruins keep digging themselves these holes, or is it just a part of early season growing pains?
