Not a whole bunch going on here in Bruins Land, eh?
It’s been nearly a week since the Bruins were last on the ice, and while Don Sweeney said yesterday that the team hopes to be ready to play Thursday, we’ll just have to wait and see.
In the “good news” department, Brandon Carlo is skating again, as are some of the other injured reserve players (they’re allowed to access the Bruins’ facilities, as they weren’t part of the traveling party).
Other than that, Sweeney did mention yesterday that he’d prefer to make any of his moves prior to the trade deadline, as any team would, due to it giving you more time to be flexible and get your players acclimated.
The deadline is three weeks from yesterday, so the clock is officially ticking.
Today’s highlight
He sure did score a lot of those “goal” things over the course of his NHL career.
Today’s discussion topic
I think I asked this before, but: are you ready to go back to a Bruins game in person, or would you rather wait it out for a bit?
