It is Wednesday, my dudes.
For the Bruins, Wednesday is a day of questions: will they be allowed to practice? Who will be available? Will they play Thursday? Are there any horse socks?
Per the team, Jake DeBrusk, Sean Kuraly, David Krejci, David Pastrnak, and Craig Smith all remain on the COVID-19 list, pending new tests on Wednesday morning.
It’s obviously hard to say at this point who, if anyone, will be cleared and available to practice or play.
Throw in the fact that Tuukka Rask still isn’t ready and that Jeremy Lauzon, Brandon Carlo, Zach Senyshyn, John Moore, Jarred Tinordi, and Kevan Miller remain hurt, and...yeah. There are a lot of guys on the shelf.
Still, we push forward.
Ideally, the B’s get back on the ice today for practice and are able to ice a team on Thursday.
Given the potentially missing players, those line combinations should be wild. Just in time to welcome fans back too!
Today’s highlight
I don’t have anything else in mind today, so watch some Patrice Bergeron highlights.
Today’s discussion topic
Who do you think would win: a full Buffalo Sabres roster or the Bruins playing with just their first line, top defense pair, and Rask?
