Projected Lines - Bruins at Sabres, Round 3: Miller in, Clifton out

New, comments

Why mess with a good thing? Keep the chemistry coming!

Not much is expected to change lineup-wise, especially since Boston is rolling over Buffalo.

Bruce Cassidy did note that he’s making one change on the blueline: Kevan Miller draws in, with Connor Clifton coming out.

Tuukka Rask will be back in the net, as Jeremy Swayman started last night and it seems like Jaroslav Halak still needs a little more practice time before getting a start.

Here’s what to expect:

Forwards

Brad Marchand - Patrice Bergeron - David Pastrnak

Taylor Hall - David Krejci - Craig Smith

Nick Ritchie - Charlie Coyle - Jake DeBrusk

Sean Kuraly - Curtis Lazar - Chris Wagner

Defense

Matt Grzelcyk - Charlie McAvoy

Mike Reilly - Kevan Miller

Jeremy Lauzon - Steve Kampfer

Goalies

Tuukka Rask

Jeremy Swayman

For Buffalo, their big lineup news is in net: Finnish netminder Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen will make his NHL debut between the pipes tonight.

Per the Sabres’ website, Luukkonen will be the fifth Sabre to make his NHL debut this season.

Also, it’s apparently Fan Appreciation Night tonight in Buffalo. No offense to Sabres fans, but here’s to hoping the Bruins spoil the party.
