Folks, as if this Saturday night into Sunday morning couldn’t get any better, we finally have a full schedule!
Praise Gary Bettman, in all his glory.
Shortly after the Bruins beat the Islanders on Saturday night, the league released the schedule for Games 3 through 7 of this series; as you may remember, we found out the date and time for Game 2 yesterday.
The rest of the series will play out as follow:
Bruins vs. Islanders playoff schedule
- Game 2: Monday, May 31 @ TD Garden - 7:30 PM
- Game 3: Thursday, June 3 @ Nassau Coliseum, 7:30 PM
- Game 4: Saturday, June 5 @ Nassau Coliseum, 7:15 PM
- Game 5: Monday, June 7, TBD
- Game 6: Wednesday, June 9, TBD
- Game 7: Friday, June 11, TBD
As I expected, the league wasn’t going to pass up a chance to get the Boston and New York (or at least parts of it) markets lined up for another Saturday night game.
My guess is that the league was waiting to see what happened with the Toronto-Montreal series before putting the rest of the pieces in place, but...here we are.
Games 2 and 3 will air on NBCSN, with Game 4 airing on regular NBC.
