Bruins select Andre Gasseau 213th overall

The Bruins have that Gas!

You can’t teach 6’4, but you can teach a lot of other things out there in Newton, which is where he’s heading this fall!

Gasseau is a big, NHL-Frame having 200-foot player from Los Angeles that can show some serious offensive flash when given the opportunity. He previously played for the USNDTP U18 program, before committing to the Boston College Eagles, where he’s gonna be playing this year as a freshman. He had a pretty solid draft year, picking up 27 points in 42 games with the U18 squad, and 8 points with the Junior squad in 23 games.

Dylan Krill from FC Hockey has this to say about Gasseau:

Having strong puck control also makes him very effective on transition, being able to protect the puck well from opponents. He does struggle with the puck in high traffic areas and will need to make improvements to be able to get into high danger areas more consistently

Welcome Andre to the Boston Bruins!
