Is Pastrnak good enough to turn this year's Bruins into a cup contender?
That's the question on my mind this morning, and it should be the one that Chiarelli should be giving a long hard look at. If he is, the process is simple: keep him up and go for it. If not, wouldn't it be nice to put off choosing between resigning him and shipping him off with the old Boston Smearjob?
In my heart, I don't think this is the year. The defense just isn't good enough. Can Chara play 35 minutes? Not really. The rest of the team looks decent enough, but what about 20 games from now when the wonderkid has been scouted?
Good morning. What's on tap?
