Lee Stempniak would like to remain a Bruin

Per Tom Gulitti, mid-season acquisition Lee Stempniak would like to stay in Boston next year, if he can:

Stempniak: "“Right now, I’m just going to see where it goes with Boston. Hopefully, something gets done before (July 1). ..."

Stempniak was a decent pickup mid-season. He scored 10 points in 19 games, playing mostly with Bergeron and Marchand. He made over 2 million two years ago, but his last two years have been sub-million contracts.
